Our ultra-modern laboratory with over 20 experienced specialists sets standards in surface quality each and every day. The combination of service orientation and the power to innovate gives our customers the secure feeling of always being at the cutting edge of technology- which is set to continue in the future too.

R & D	R stands for fundamental- research in the areas of coating materials, nanotechnology, radiation hardening and process engineering.
	D is for thorough further development of products based on new raw materials and process- and coating systems.

	Our main plant in Stuttgart and our subsidiary plants have industrial coating machines which can be used to simulate a wide variety of coating processes. This allows us to test changes to our process without interrupting your coating process.

Services (norms & standards, certifications, inspections)	We offer the following services for our customers in industry and the hand crafts: The application of new application-, sanding and drying methods is tested and implemented in close cooperation with renowned machine manufacturers. We can draw on our experience of more than 200 finishing lines in which our coating systems are processed worldwide. More than 90% of these lines already operate with environmentally-friendly water- and UV-systems. As you would expect, we are also constantly developing our solvent-based products.
