3D structure & All-Over Synchronized Pore-Coatings

DPL-floorings, whether printed directly or digitally, offer the great opportunity to provide maximum product diversity. On top of that, optical and haptical appearance of the surface can be varied by a 3D-structured surface or even a so called All-Over Synchronized Pore.

The 3D-Structure is applied with a specially engraved rubber roller. You can imagine all different kinds of structure to be applied up to 1mm thickness - from wood grains to rough stone characteristics or just any phantastic design. On top of the haptical and optical effect, it even improves the wear and tear resistance. This option is not only applicable on HDF/ MDF but also on real wood!

The Synchronized Pore requires an engraved doctor roller. This thin layer of coating can even be synchronized with the grain of the décor, adding value towards a unique differentiation of your directly or digitally printed product.
