UV Sealers

To achieve best abrasive strength, Klumpp Coatings offers a range of UV sealers which meet the different abrasion standards in the market.

Protective UV sealers fix up the digital print layer. The digital printing layer is very sensitive and in cause of that worthy of protection. A special UV sealer seals the digital printing and fixes it without a diffusing of the print colours.

SIS-UV sealers have been especially developed by Klumpp Coatings to the Swedish Industrial Standard. They enable a high degree of abrasive strength according to the Falling Sand method.

Anti-abrasive UV sealers achieve the best abrasion results according to the sandpaper technique. They usually use corundum as the abrasion-resistant filler.

UV sanding sealers are used to coat the raw anti-abrasive sealers. They make efficient lacquer sanding possible.
