3D structure UV-coatings - The new way to create structurally-strong surfaces

3D structure UV-coatings have been developed for structuring rolled surfaces. They are highly thixotropic coatings applied with structured rubber rollers at thicknesses of 0-1000 µm, which can be UV-cured in a subsequent step. As well as pore structures for wood décors, a wide variety of surfaces such as slate surfaces and many other surface structures with height differences of up to 1mm possible.

Applying a subsequent finish with UV anti-scratch topcoat using a soft roller (25 Shore) provides a wide variety of smoothness - from velvet matt to glossy.
