In modern industrial production, cork floors, like parquet floors, are usually finished with UV-coatings. In principle, cork products are the same as parquet sealing products. However they do differ significantly in one aspect. Klumpp Coatings’ UV cork coatings strongly take the elastic properties of cork into account. They reproduce the natural appearance of this material in unaltered form.

The coordinated coating structure, consisting of UV primer, UV putty, UV sealers and UV topcoats achieves properties to usage class 31 and offer a high degree of abrasive strength and chair castor resistance.
