Our research focusses on evaluating new raw materials and coating processes, as well as testing innovative hardening and drying technologies.

Then comes the continual development of existing products on the basis of new raw materials, processes and coating technologies.

In our main factory in Stuttgart and in our branches, we have all the relevant industrial coating machines that can simulate the most diverse application processes. So we are able to test in advance process changes without delaying your production process.

We can draw on experience with over 200 coating plants worldwide on which our coating systems are processed. Over 90% of these plants are already working with eco-friendly water and UV systems.

We work together with our customers to develop solutions for an optimally coordinated coating system on a great variety of substrates.  Our technical consultation covers the following aspects:

• Recording and verifying the required property profile for the coating system in accordance with the customer’s requirements (chemical  resistance, wear, scratch-resistance etc.)
• Design and tendering of a suitable coating system for a new plant or with consideration of an existing coating line.
• Consideration of other limiting conditions such as normative directives, energy and environmental aspects, waste and disposal guidelines
• Creating and testing samples in our technology center or in consultation with machine manufacturers involved.
• Creating a test report that documents and depicts all the test-relevant surface properties.
• System tests at the customer’s plant with experienced laboratory staff and/or application engineers. 

Of course our service doesn’t end with putting the coating line into operation.  We are also available to support our customers’ ongoing production operations and offer fast help when there are problems.  Quick response times, high flexibility and pragmatic problem solutions are our strengths and are highly valued by our customers worldwide.
